happy 4th birthday, b

It is my B's birthday today.  She is four.  She is my lovely little lady.  

B wanted a three layer chocolate cake.  Very sophisticated for a four year old, but very much B.
I like her taste.

So small.  So sweet.  Our first lesson on the miracle of babies.

Now she doesn't even need us to push her on the swings... she is only four, still so sweet.

She celebrated her birthday at her preschool, too.  Requesting pink sparkly, star cookies.  I will post the recipe this week.  Yummy.

first day

Today is B's first day of Preschool.  I'm excited for her.  She's ready and thrilled, too.  I made her nap mat (of course) and she's decked out with a new backpack and lunchbox.  

Her blanket and pillow are attached to the reversible, quilted mat.  I used the same materials as the blanket she sleeps with at home.  It folds up and closes with a handle, too.
